"As we mark the 39th anniversary of Roe v. Wade, we must remember that this Supreme Court decision not only protects a woman’s health and reproductive freedom, but also affirms a broader principle: that government should not intrude on private family matters. I remain committed to protecting a woman’s right to choose and this fundamental constitutional right. While this is a sensitive and often divisive issue—no matter what our views, we must stay united in our determination to prevent unintended pregnancies, support pregnant woman and mothers, reduce the need for abortion, encourage healthy relationships, and promote adoption. And as we remember this historic anniversary, we must also continue our efforts to ensure that our daughters have the same rights, freedoms, and opportunities as our sons to fulfill their dreams."

Pale Seas - Something or Nothing

How about some delicious dream pop from London for your hump-day, huh? This five-piece is ripe for blossom given the solid craftsmanship and juicy melodies laid bare right here.

Stream the 7” b/w the softer, sadder “Amour” up on their Sndcld or pre-order it on wax from Fear & Records.

And once again, The Oatmeal not only gets it right, but entertains me in the process.

Go. Watch. Laugh. Kitties and flamethrowers … hehehe

An important reminder.

Important Community News of the Day: Community will definitely be returning to television “before too long” says NBC Entertainment President Robert Greenblatt.
Attempting to assuage fan fears that the much-loved, though low-rated TV show had been canceled amid a midseason shelving, Greenblatt told The Daily Beast the sitcom “is coming back.”
“We just had to get some stuff moved around for midseason,” Greenblatt told Jace Lacob ahead of today’s Television Critics Association Winter Press Tour. “But it’s not going anywhere. I can’t say anything about next season yet, but the fact that people think it’s gone … I need to fix that.”
